Africa Mostra Se

The good folks at “Africa Mostra se” (Africa reveals itself), gave me a lot of creative freedom, to build them the best website possible, though in the shortest timeframe possible, as the event was due to start in a couple of weeks.

My first concern was to keep things as functional as possible, as i wanted visitors to the website to easily understand what this festival was all about. However, i also wanted it to be easy on the eyes.

I finally end up deciding to add to the design a “parallax effect” which allowed me to keep the design as functional as possible but with “something extra” to make it look good.
