Over twenty years ago I began my career path attending Johnson & Wales University, Culinary Arts Program. From there I have spent several years playing Chef at places such as Fannie Mae and the National Academy of Science. From managing an historic building, to ten years as Director of Sales for two different Destination Management companies to currently managing the Event Center within House of Sweden, I knew my path was destined for more.
