Tell us something about your background to introduce yourself.
My name is Miro, 29 years old grew up and living in Slovenia.
Ever since I was young I've been drawing with pencils, different characters and fantasy art until during my university in informatics / computer technology where I found myself in a situation that I wanted to present my drawing work to larger audience.
This is how I started learning how to make websites and good 3 years later DrawingArt was born which means a life to me now.
Since then I did not draw anymore and I fell in love with design, specially in designing and developing websites.
Before that time I was just a web surfer and I was amazed with flash and its capability to present websites with an interactive, atmospheric base.
That is why I now spend whole days in front of my computer designing, working and learning new things from day to day.
Where from do you get your inspiration?
I get a lot of inspiration from movies, games and of course the biggest comes from the nature, where I find so many great ideas or just get an idea when walking with my dogs every day through the forest thinking about my next projects.
Do you use a sketchbook for your drafts?
Sometimes, not often.
What is your favored machine (Mac/PC)?
Mac for life off course :)
What new projects are you currently working on?
Currently we are busy with building one web store, one flash website and working on designing several layouts but the main project that I am currently working on is my own baby and that is new DrawingArt 2011 website and showreel video presentation. Hopefully by end of the March 2011 it will be all revealed.
